Hi guys, if adjusting status for parent for a US citizen from within US, I130 has been approved already, do we just send I485 or do we need to also send I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record and I864EZ? Anything else?

hi all, quick question, I'm a USC, green card petition been approved for both parents, now just need to send additional docs like police clearance etc If my parents come to US on tourist visa can I simply do I485 and receive green card for them?

Will be notified of the next step or my parents will be?

Hey guys, when filling out i485 and the spouse changed her name from her maiden to husband's does she need to write her husband's name in field Part1? Or her maiden name . How it will be reflected on the green card ?
