Rupnet.com Hey dude, This is not to promote Rupnet.com - but before this forum even got publicity and USCIS (old INS) became online - Rupnet was the only hope for people like us. Now I never visit that site because of this forum but that doesnot mean anything against or bad about rupnet.

Thanks all. On Mid July, I called up Customer Service and then they said they will put an enquiry and I will get an reply within 30 days. I guess that triggered by approval - I any case I am happy now :)

Atlast my day came to end the GC ordeal after a long 30 Months and this came with double surprise....My wife gave birth to a baby boy and GC got approved on the same day! Now I have a question, I have to go to Newark, NJ for stamping. Since her's is a 'C'-Section - I want to know how long can...

Did you see the approval of Jan'03 and Feb'03 ??? This adds to the frustration :confused:

Any idea what may be going on in our cases. I had sent an enquiry through my lawyer in April - that triggered by second FP and that's it - nothing afterwards. My LUD changed on 7/2 - I thought the end is near - now it looks like LUD has got no meaning :mad:

I am wondering what is happening to my case and want to know how many Feb'02 filers still left? :( RD : Feb 14,2002 ND : March 5, 2002 FP1: May 25,2002 FP2 : May 14,2004 RFE :8/26/203 AD: ?????????????

Our LUD also changed today. R/D 2/14/02. We did the 2nd FP on 5/11/04 but status has not changed for both of us :confused:

Me Too I submitted RFE and website got updated on 10/15/03 - Finally got 2nd FP for 5/11/04....but after that no updates or nothing....not even FP received message........Don't know what is going on. R/D : 2/14/02 N/D : 3/5/02 FP1 : 5/31/02 FP2 : 5/11/04 .....no update on website yet...

I did my second FP on 5/14. Even the last updated date did not change yet forget the status. RD :2/14/2002

Don't worry, My FR2 Notice came after alomost 23 Months. My Fp1 was on May 26,02 and FP2 is scheduled on May 11, 04!

I also received the same..that's becuase you spoke to the representative and not because of AR-11. BUT after 7 months, they sent my second FP notice to old address and then forwarded that to me with a slip saying "Please file AR-11...." So this is the way they work!

No. Online status didnot change. My lawyers had sent an inquiry in writing but no replies from USIS yet.

I got my 2nd FP notice scheduled for MAy 11th. My Previous FP was on May 25th, 2002. It is almost 2 years. I changed my address on October 2003. FIled AR-11 and called BCIS and got their confirmation letter on the address change. Still FP notice went to old address and got forwarded to new...
