My case Hi, I applied along with my wife since she is a Nurse, we applied As Schedule A, on Oct 2006. We applied for I-140, I-485 and EAD. My lawyer got the receipts sned sent us after they got it, But We have just 2 receipts, 1: EAD 2: I-485 but we have never received any receipt...

any more suggestion regarding this mattter?

Hi, I was unaware about these issues, I had a I 485 pending, and when I transfred to a new school recently, they suggested me to do a SEVIS release, and I did... They issued me a new I 20, and now I find that this is so kool. What are the possible steps I can take from this point ahead?
