I traveled back to my home country last year using my Adavance Parole docuemnt, and INS officer stamped my new I-94 when I re-entered USA. The new I-94 says "Parole Untill April XX 2004". My I-485 is pending right now (Dec 2002 filer). Will my my status in USA still be legal after April...
