I-140 approved but not file for I-485. I got I-140 aproved with PD of Oct 2003. I could not file for 485 according to visa unavailability. That is why I try to go for EB2.

I think noone can do that. you need to pick one. you can easily extend your visa for 3 years if you have 140 approved. I just got the app. last week.
