H4 221(g) valid from date is wrong
Posting to add value to the thread. This is what I did to resolve it. Called Customer service @800 number on the receipt notice. The rep wanted to talk to both spouses since H4 is based on H1. H4 221(g) valid from date is wrong
On 765 petition (H4 approval) notice valid from date is wrong - should have mm/dd/2008 instead mm/dd/2009 which is in the future. After interview at Mumbai Consulate received 221(g) stating corrected visa petition is required (not exact word so phrasing close to mean it) What should be done...- chrom
