Please advise as this is very urgent for me -• Option A - I have a offer from XYZ, they want me to transfer my H1B ASAP otherwise I lose my job with current employer - My GC is in same status right now - have not withdrawn as I was going through lot of crap on personal and professional fronts. This company is paying me 50% less salary, but threatening me to join as I was subcontracted through them for last 1 year. • I may get an offer from ABC, hopefully soon and I am more interested in ABC vs XYZ - So, can 2 different companies transfer my H1B at same time as long as I am working for one company. • My employer is OK with transfer - What are the repercussions on my pending Labor, can that continue as GC can be for prospective employment. Labor is in MTR/BALCA process...• If ABC does not give me offer and I don’t like XYZ work as I am forced to join, can I come back to my current H1B•Can company XYZ play any foul or spoilsport •
