I am in Memphis Destrict........I did not get the letter...but when I walked in they informed that your FP is getting expired on May 13th........is it good to go to the senator ??????

I-485 ND - 10/08/2002 FP - Notice got on 11/03/2003 - will do it on 12/03/2003 Got 2nd EAD and Advance Parole

Finger Print I got my finger print notice after 385 days of my I-485 application. It was surprising that I have to do it in a Law Enforcement office rather than in a Local office. Anybody knows any changes in BCIS policies... I wonder if I do it in Law Enforcement it will delay the process of...

Question ??? Do we really need the I-140 approval notice in hand or only just needs the approved status..because my will not give the I-140 approval (that is the company policy)....but will give the I-140 EAC nbr.

Medical You could go to your county health center and get the shots and X-ray taken free (yes no cost at all).... but the doc check up got to be in a INS certified doc. Hope this will help yu to get at least the X-Rays done free..

Hang on !!!! I think the I-485 theory is correct... that is they are approving I-140 only when your I-140 processing dates reach the ND of I-485. This was true for me... and many people in this forum....
