gc mania, I think your case is pretty similar to mine. Did you have a chance to talk to IIO lately?

jefkorn, Did have a chance to talk to an IIO lately? I did mine yesterday. Now it's "Internal Security Check". I think for guys like us whose files are not known even by God got an appilcation setup for them that generate "quote of the day". IIOs just go and fetch it for us whenever we call.

GC_patient I am in the same boat,pal. Frustrated, molsted, confused and desparate....by all famous "USCIS". Sometime i doubt if God does have any idea about approval pattern . At this moment, 'Patience' is only refuge that we can rely on and be focused on other things life is meant for. :)

That is not the case always. For me no LUD on 2 SRs and even on FP2.

I have a friend who is going to file for EB I-485 soon. He has his I-140 already approved. But he has a recent forecloser history behind him. Will it be a problem in his immigration process or in other words, is forecloser at all a problem in immigration process?
