I am new in this forum ...
all instructions are on the website actually. i did it like that. what we did actually with my husband is we just took a camera and went to a white wall. you have to be careful that the head is placed like they want. also ears should be visible and person should not laugh. then you have to ajust the sizes to the sizes they want but the head should be in the exact mesurements they want.

IS IT ON A WHITE CLOTHE-BACKGROUND OR AGAINST THE WALL YOU SNAPPED?
AND DID YOU LIGHTENED OR EDIT THE BACKGROUND OR THE PICTURE?
