Now my PD is current according to New Bulletin. When can I apply for 485? means, do I have to wait till June 1st or I can apply now? and is it ok if I apply myself without going through lawyer. please suggest

"combination acceptable" included in labor un: Did labor allow for combination? YES riz_arsh: mine is EB3, and labor clearly mentioned that combination is acceptable. Used 3years BSc + 3years exp = US Bachelor Degree. hope this helps

my 140 approved my lawyer filed my 140 last month and it got approved in 10 days. they filed it in NSC and it went to TSC and got approved. I used normal evaluation which says education and experience = bachelor degree. hope this helps
