Hi, would appreciate some advice, answering a couple of questions I have. I'm a US citizen, hoping someday to marry my Chinese girlfriend, who is holding a B1, B2 multy entry visa. She has made many visits to the US, before we new each other. We would like to get married in another 1 1/2 years, reason for the wait, is because she will be receiving her pension at that time. We have known each other for 1 year and have visited each other, my question is when she receives her pension, she will come to visit me for 6 months, being that she will have more time to spend with me being retired, if we decide to tie the knot some time in that 6 months, will she be able to stay here with me, after she becomes my wife and file for an Adjustment of Status. thank you so much for your help, its greatly appreciated.
