What is meant by this - due to the fact that the results will be released next month - they have highly likely already made the selections and will be releasing results come the 1st of May. It’s all well and good to have a discussion of the future of the DV lottery, but no one knows for sure...

Ok i feel really silly here, but can someone tell me how you all know what Month the numbers mean? Does the above mean the Oceania will be last for visa interviews? And how can you tell how many months the numbers mean? I understand the lower the number the more current, but I still don't...
