the same thing happened to me about 2 years ago.i did not buy the card since then.

RD for my rp is 08-18-06.i fax them and wrote them 2 times .i even provided them with an express mail return envelope so far nothing yet.i finally cancelled my trip.this process is unfair.you $170. you wait for 4 months and you get a year for rtd or 2 for rp.

when did you apply for your rtd and how long it took in the mail to arrive ?

I called 800# 2 months ago,they did an anqiry for me. 3 weeks ago i got an e-mail from cis informing that my case is pending review.my lud changed to on 02-15-06 we responded to your request for information--------did you call anybody?

when i call 800 # it is saying due to temp-technical problem,we are unable to find this case.it has been like this for at least two days while cis site is showing the ref i sent four month ago.my nd is 01-2002.do you have any idea about this?

what did you send for REF? I THINK YOU AND I SENT OUR FIRST REF AT THE SAME TIME IN SEPT 2005.TSC DID NOT UPDATE AND I RE-SENT COPIES,THEY UPDATED ME ON 11-03-05.NOTHING CHANGED SINCE.
