Hey guys anyone out there who got denied by DOS after USCIS approved their J1 Hardship Waiver?If so please share the reason given(if any ).My case shows that DOS has sent "incomplete information letter" and Im trying to make sense of what that might mean,,,please advise .....

1)You can get that info on the USCIS website 2)Your stay is legal pending adjudication of the COS .As long as you had applied prior to expiration of current status. 3)Far as I know you should not apply as they will adddress it when they do your COS. gOOD lUCK!!

Hi Suro, Please could you share the contents of the Incomplete info. Letter.Was it sent to you or to your sponsor etc. I rec'd a similar letter and was wondering what is in store. I am a physician looking for a waiver so don't need sponsor views. Thanks for helping!!
