Thanks for your info. Since you have gone through the same thing, can I ask you a couple questions?
1) What did you specifically ask at Infopass? Any tips for me how to get as much out of them as possible?
2) How did you contact your senator, did it help? How about Ombudsman?

I guess, I'm trying to figure out how to best go through the available options. I do have a very busy full time job, and can't really dedicate myself fully to this process. So, any tips to save me time would be very much appreciated.
