Pls help me here.
you seem to be knowledgeable about these issues. Just a quick question. I went for interview june this year and due to my court case, was asked to mail court disposition after court decision is made. In aug, case was dismissed by judge and i mailed Fairfax VA office. recd by them 14th aug. i dont have case number, so i cannot check on line. i tried looking for answers on this portal but could not get an idea. it will be about 45 days next week since uscis got my application. what is the wait time to get oath letter now. i have passed all my test etc. just waiitng for oath. do u think infopass will help? thanx
