hi, how are you , I see you knew lot of law, my case is still in court, I am going to Immigration court in few day, it so pity, I am not apply for 212(H) since they cut off 7 years , I only live here from 2004 got LPR 2005, then 2006 convicted 647(B) twice in CA, so the government said my conviction is CIMT, my lawyer argued last time in court to the judge, but judge deny, since you knew the law better than me, can you help me for that?? my 647(b) is CIMT in CA? There is case law I read, the same Crime 647(b) charged as CIMT, the judge deny, but the guy won the appeal, Is there any difference for that just because he is guy and I am woman? I know my case last over 2 years now, still on, in 2 days will be my master hearings for asylum, I tried all possibilities, such as my crime is not CIMT, and 212(h), both denied, so I might try last as asylum, stressed now
