    Hi manwithnoname,

    I need a small clarification regarding EB2 or EB3. I applied using preapproved labor and got my 140 approval this week. My employer and attorney says that the labor is EB2. But how to confirm that it was EB 2 and not EB3? I do not find any mention of EB2 or EB 3 anywhere on the documents.
    You are doing a great service by helping all, Please clarify this doubt.
