With too much time on my hands and daily buildup of anxiousness of my i140/485 application i have been spending my days day dreaming, opining and trying to observe i140 approval patterns. My observations are:
1- 140 with Labor Substitute
2- 140 with CP option get approved fastest
3- 140 alone get approved faster than with concurrent filing
4- 140 with concurrent 485 are the slowest
And BCIS uses state of the art random number generators to select applications from the pool of available ones (and there is no shortage of that these days). It seems like BCIS is using this random number generation technology (patented) to update the processing times as well so they can retract the processing status.
Any thoughts?
