Hi All,
I'm planning to extend my parents-in-law's stay in the US for 2 months to April 15, 2018. Their I-94 expires on Feb 21, 2018. Should we include extended confirmed tickets in the I-539 application or a travel itinerary would be convincing enough.
Secondly, I looked up the I-539 processing times on the USCIS Vermont processing center. It has been updated as per Sep 30. The processing time says March 13. Does this mean it is taking about 200 days or 7 months to renew B2 visa extensions.
Thanks,
