From NVC to the US consulate and interview! How long does it take?

Just realized my dad's case is completed at the NVC. Does anybody know how long it usually takes for the file to arrive to the US consulate and when we can expect an interview? Any experience in this is appreciated.

It will take about 1 week for the file to move to the Us Counsulate, From then it deponds how bessy is the US counsilate.
