Finally I had my I 751 wavier interview.
It was 55 minutes to 1 hour (9.10 AM to 10.10 AM)
It conducted by one of the supervisor
He asked me mostly technical questions like why I did not apply for H1B? Why I filed AOS instead of that?
He asked my degree certificates and licencing exam transcripts(fortunately I had couple of them with me) and made copies of that.
Weird, Right?
He did not ask me any questions about marriage or divorce.
Finally he ask me finacial documents of marriage and photos.(last 10 minutes)
At the beginning he looked like anyway he is going to deny it.
At the end of interview he looked convienced.
But at the end he said he needs to review and I can find out my status online and if not infopass in 30 days. And he took my piece of sweet plastic away!
I answered all of his questions appropriately. But I am not sure aout his decision.
Its waiting game now!

I agree to you mr 2100! The DO is very important in his case. Some DOs are better than the other. Its all local practice. Also an approval of a waiver depends on how much time the applicant lived in good faith AFTER the conditional green card was issued.
There have been denial when the marriage ended soon after the conditional card. Waiver applicants must keep in mind the conditional period.
