JUNE VISA BULLETIN PREDICTIONS...Time to tie the knot with your Greencard

This is true; sometimes what is even more amusing is that if one does not agree with the general tone (even if the general tone has absolutely no basis), posters get personal and start criticizing the dissenter (even if the dissenter is absolutely right).
therefore, when people who don't do any research or keep posting nonsense without any basis, it gets very annoying for a person with my background; because if they came to these types of conclusions without doing any research in their professional careers; they would get fired very quickly. People with my background don't have any time for incompetency in any manner. This is what we are used to; this is what our expectations are.

If any guys have problems with UN posts, do not read them
But do not post unnecessary things against him.

We always have an option to go to an attorney but many of us choose to ask UN.

If you want to get an opinion from UN, respect him.

Yes i agree. UN has helped tremdenous many of us on this board and i certainly appreciate his valueable advices and suggestions.

Because this thread has left a bitter taste to me; I didn't want to exit on a bad note in this portal (i have started to delete many of my postings; post count has dropped by 1,400 from yesterday. If people want to do their own research then let them do so.).

dude! this is not fair. You could have left a wealth of information for people who could use it. Why be self destructive? You should know better than to take this bunch of jokers seriously. This is no way to deal with bitter people, specially for someone like you. People are always jealous of those who are successful. I wish you had just ignored them :(

UN.

I always have great respect to you. Not only because you have deep understanding and knowledge of immigration system, but also because you have disclosed your identity long time ago, which makes a lot of people get convinced that you are not just one of internet snob and gain trust on what you said. And also vocing up with ID disclosed against what people believes shows that your posting is not just internet joy ride, but is what you truely believe. I'm anonymous and probably one of corwards, therefore, I respect your atitude.

But deleting all the post isnt' pretty(Like JoeF did a year ago), though.

Anyway, I hope you stay on forum and will be of great help of people who is in trouble.

techy, on busy day I get a call every 4 minutes and typically i get 1,000 e-mails per month from people. The phone calls and e-mails are generally answered from known people to me since I took my contact info off the boards a long time ago.

carolva, is not from India, China or Pakistan which comprises 99.9% of the communication.

In last year I can only remember two people who I communicated with who are not from above three countries. One lady who went for EB greencard who was 245i candidate who had signed a document many years ago at an interview that she was involved in marriage fraud and she wanted to know how to get out of it.

Second person was 245i candidate whose april 2001 labor got withdrawan but had new priority date in 2004 and wanted to know when her priority date was going to get current so that she could get EAD. Maybe her and maybe not.

She is just another example of someone playing around with the boards and immigration system. She doesn't understand that people will go through historical postings and find inconsistencies. Her employer signed her 140 under penalty of perjury that they wanted to employ her on a permanent basis. She files in premium and then after it gets approved she gets laid off. As if any business environment they make a decision in one week to lay someone off. This take some time to sort itself out. Then they have no desire to employ her fulltime but she is going to take a letter from them and file 485 which they have no intention of hiring her and she has no intention of working with them (these are all from her postings). Then it gets even more comical that she is talking about taking advice from a lawyer but she is asking these questions on an immigration board and claimed to have called me.

One thing I have come to understand in last couple of days which I should have understood a long time ago; is that people are anonymous and say things as they feel because there are no repurcussions to them or they just switch ID's and play good cop/bad cop.

Many posters are from third world countries; some live in poverty, some make $18,000, some make $50k, some make $100K and some make over a million dollars; we are at different ages; we have different biases from what we have seen when we are young or our own experiences living in USA, we have different education, different skills, different exposures which formulate how we post, how we research and how we come to conclusions. When you have people from varying backgrounds, education and skill there is going to be conflict. I realized that due to all these differences; we fly at different altitudes in our way of thinking.

Because this thread has left a bitter taste to me; I didn't want to exit on a bad note in this portal (i have started to delete many of my postings; post count has dropped by 1,400 from yesterday. If people want to do their own research then let them do so.).

However, because a lot of people do know me; I am going to post my background (note: i do the question/answer for free) have not charged for a single phone call; people offer to pay and I turn them down; mainly because I don't care for $200 or $500; I have made over 7 figures for a few years (salary, bonsues, restricted stock options, stock options, deferred compensation plans but I still hang onto this portal answering peoples questions because that is my nature.

Below is a link to Securities and Exchange Commission web-site which shows OneGroup (Bank One and now JP Morgan) mutual funds ($100 billion company). I was the CFO/Treasurer of not only this company but 12 other major banks in USA. Below is the officer table. Take a close look at who had reporting lines to me; specifically the background of the legal people. I ran at a very high altitude which most people on these forums cannot even talk to in their everyday life; can't even got on the same floor and about 30 floors below on the organization chart. therefore, when people who don't do any research or keep posting nonsense without any basis, it gets very annoying for a person with my background; because if they came to these types of conclusions without doing any research in their professional careers; they would get fired very quickly. People with my background don't have any time for incompetency in any manner. This is what we are used to; this is what our expectations are.

its very bad that you deleted valuable information from this forum
you gave very valuable and accurate information without any fee

i dont know why you took so personal for bunch of fools who are jealous about you

we missed some important information, we used to go and veryfy every now and then and i used to refer your links to many of my friends

I completely agree with the following points. There is no need to remove many valuable postings by UN.

UN:
It is hard to see that you are hurt and leaving on a bad note. Many times I referred to your postings and learned many things I do not know about law. I still remember that when first time I heard about AC-21, I could not really get what exactly it is. I have searched these forums to find the most valuble information written by you. I completely understood its implications and various interpretations and how you have powerfuly presented your opinions.

No doubt that you are an expert and bold one. But at the same time you cut things very sharp. Even decision of your exit is a very sharp one.

You wrote many postings for many readers in general. You may not know how many are thinking good about you since you may not witness all of their reviews in these forums.

It is really loss to this forum to loose a most valuble member like you. I request you not to be hasty. Take things easy and take control.

UN.. Because of some people you have started deleting all your posts, that is a lot of valuable information that has been lost. Just think of all the time and effort you have put into those postings and all the others who have gathered information from your postings. All for what? Just for some people who have no idea of what they are talking. You should not have allowed them to get to you.

I would like to thank you for all that you have shared with all of us on these forums. Let bygones be bygones and hope you come back to post in these forums.

Thanks.
GCVaruma.

I dont think this forum Deserves UN and I dont see anything wrong with that he has decided to withdraw from here. I dont post much on this forum much but have been a regular reader/visitor for close to 3-4 years now and I am apalled at the amount of crap directed at him mostly because he provides you honest opinions.

We all come here on this forum looking for free information and information that we want to hear, when we dont get that we take it out on people like UN. I went through an Immigration Crisis in the beginning of 2005 and I contacted Nadeem (UN) not knowing if he would respond to me. But to my surprise his response was quicker than my lawyer's response and almost matched word by word with what my lawyer said. It obviously wasn't what I wanted to hear, but it definately was a realistic answer.

We, immigration community, need to be little more patient and also little more respectful to people like UN who IMO are selfless folks, just trying to educate, inform and help us through our immigration process and at the same time trying to tell us to be realistic with our expectations.

Nadeem, I hope you are reading this and if you are then hope and wish that you come back to this forum. If you decide not to , I will respect your decision and thank you for all your help in the past.

I agree with Sanz72, This board doesn't deserve UN. It is indeed sad that he deleted all his posts which are such a wealth of information.
If anyone should be deleting their posts it is people like Saras who post nothing but useless BLABBER.
Anyways UN, Thanks again for providing the much needed information to this board. I still think you should reconsider your decision and not take any hasty steps because of a few losers on this board.

Great Help

Just wanted people to know that UN helped me with something that even my company's lawyer was skeptical about...I would certainly like to place my thanks to Nadeem for excellent help....and would request him not to delete any information..if there are people out there who do not need this information..there is definitely an option not to use it...

I wish UN continued to provide his inputs...he puts in time, energy and knowledge..and if at all he makes some money out of it..I find nothing wrong with it..

Saras and UN,
Saras please apologise to UN.... He is feeling bad and you have hurt his feelings....:p :p
In the meantime, if there is any development on immigration, somebody please start a new thread.
I am trying to cut down my time on this website and can't put up with all the Saras/UN shit show....

I totally value UN's contributions to this forum. Through this forum, he had helped me when I had an issue with my I-140 3 yrs ago and he was always very supportive and provided honest and true picture. Sometimes it may not be sweet, but you got to accept the truth. I got my GC 2 years ago. His posts were so useful during my crisis.

He must be spending a lot of time browsing this forum, providing answers to many threads without expecting any return from anybody. I have been coming and going to this forum since 2003 and had seen thousands of his post.

I really like to see his come back and help thousands of folks in this forum.

UN, if you happen to read this, please reconsider. And I wish you all the best.

I am trying to cut down my time on this website

I am currently following the following thread for the same information, it has some predictions for India EB2 and EB3in the coming months before October. Most of the messages are very breif and to the point (I think this is a moderated one).

When people don't appreciate the contribution, UN is within his right to delete the info. But mature people do not behave in irrational manner, I hope UN will do the right thing. I have great respect for his contribution and I hope he comes back. We certainly differ on one issue of labor sub, but we can agree to disagree and move on.
If we can tolerate kutta-billi, UN is actually in a league of his own.
UN you will be greatly missed if you do not return. I hope you decide the right thing to do even if you don't return

I don't know, there might be some ethical issues around it. Someone might have to read the ImmigrationPortalForums User Agreement. I bet there's some fine print around regarding who owns the IP. In my opinion, all discussions here are proprietary to this forum even though we are the contributors. Mr. Khanna's firm owns this portal and facilitates discussions for everyone's benefit. It's them who pay to keep these servers running.

It is not fair of you for deleting such a useful and valueable information. It seems like you have deleted all of your posts. I don't know why you took it so seriouly to someone's comments?

Did you ever checked his ability to pay 140 issues .. he gave detail information
i know personally 5 of my friends who had RFEs on thier 140 got this info and applied thru their attorneys got their 140 approvals and 3 people got GCs already becoz their PDs are current and remaining are waiting for their GCs

All nonsense people here!!!!

Its good that you have a very good job and make millions .. the other things i learnt about you are following

1> You have helped many people with there Green Card issues and many are grateful to you.
2> You do 25 sublabors every week, and you charge very less compared to regular labor which you also do.
3> You do personal tax returns during the season
4> You have applied for PR for many countries
5> Your phone rings every 4 mins.
6> You claim everyone in the board are sub Human and cannot stand on the same floor as you are standing. So that gives you right to post whatever you think as truth.
7> Your eduction level is so high that you get annoyed at people who are less educated then you are ... but still you had issues with your degree at 140 stage.
8> You say subLabor has no effect on PD...

How can you underestimate someone and call him "nonsense" .... and call yourself person with a background.

UN,

Here are expcerpts from the bulletin from March 2007

E. EMPLOYMENT THIRD PREFERENCE VISA AVAILABILITY DURING THE COMING MONTHS

Little if any forward movement in the Employment Third preference category is expected in the near future. Recent discussions with both Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) and the Department of Labor indicate that the demand for numbers with pre-August 2002 priority dates is likely to be extremely high in the coming months as both agencies continue to work on their backlogs. This could easily cause a retrogression of the current Employment Third preference cut-off dates should that demand begin to materialize at CIS offices during the spring and summer months.

Here is an excerpt from latest May bulletin

F. VISA AVAILABILITY DURING THE COMING MONTHS

Recent discussions have indicated that both the Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) and the Department of Labor still have a significant amount of cases in their backlog reduction efforts. As a result, the anticipated increase in demand has not yet materialized and may not for some time. Therefore, in an effort to maximize number use under the annual numerical limit, the Worldwide and Philippines Employment Third preference cut-off dates have been advanced by one year.

Unless there is a significant increase in Employment demand, it will be necessary to continue this rate of movement during the upcoming months. Such movement could be expanded to include other chargeability areas and preference categories.

One consequence of rapid cut-off date advancement is the inevitable increase in demand for numbers as adjustment of status cases are brought to conclusion at CIS Offices. Such increased demand could have dramatic impact on the cut-off dates. Readers will be provided as much advance notice as possible should this occur.

Really shows how much weight a "cut and paste" from a damn bulletin proves. Unless you tell me that you are actually running DHS and DOL from your office/home (thinking that you do DOES NOT COUNT) then please stop cutting and pasting same old crap.

later,

saras

Saras76,
I got your point that there are some inconsistencies between past bulletins and latest bulletins. In light of the last month’s bulletin and Murthy’s news letter, do you think if there is movement it would be after relaxing the country quotas or it would be movement in just anticipated demand.
