  • Biometrics Fee

I went through the renewal greencard process (I-90) in 2008. Now that I meet the continuous residence requirement I've applied for naturalization.

Since I already did biometrics for my greencard is it still necessary for the naturalization process? Is there a way to skip the fee and have USCIS use previous data they collected from the I-90 process?

There's no way to skip the biometrics fee for naturalization. You'll likely have to redo biometrics for naturalization as it is a separate application.
