I live in NY and i looked at the form, the fine print we sign against under certification apart from other things say
"I am male atleast 18 but less than 26 years of age, I consent to be registeredwith selective services systsm (SSS) if so required by federal law .I authorize the Commissioner to forward to the SSS my personal information that is required for registration."
