    Hello Rajiv,

It was quiet helpfully to see your video on AC21 and you do explain lot of questions. Thanks for posting the video. I am not sure if you covered this question below

Here is my scenario and question - My category is EB2 and my PD is march 2009, I have my I140 approved in May 2010 and I have applied for my 485 in April 2012. I and my wife did get EAD cards somewhere in May 2012. I got a RFE in Aug 2012 and it is now responded through my company's lawyer on 11 sept 2012.

Now when I saw the latest Oct 2012 newsletter and the PD for EB2 is gone back to 2004, so my question is - now that my RFE is responded and my 180 days will complete in dec 2012, so am I good to change the employer next year first quarter or shall I wait for my decision of my RFE and then decide to move?

    Regards
    Prad
Prad, speak with your lawyers and make sure that there is thing in the case that could be a problem for AC21. It is difficult for me to answer.
